On Wednesday April 9 from 5-6 the library will have a class in Yoga Flow : Which is a yoga class that focuses on opening the chakras, energy centers, in the body. It begins with grounding poses then flows through energy centers to the center of wisdom and connection in the body. Participants are encouraged to add their own movements to the poses to increase flexibility, range of motion, strength, balance, coordination, self expression, mindfulness and sense of calm. We need 5 people to sign up for this class to make it happen. Please sign up by email, phone or in person at the library. Bring a yoga mat or blanket, water and wear comfortable clothes.
